Annual Examinations on Vedas conducted

The BharatiThirtha Veda pathashala Management  Conducted the Annual veda patha examinations to all the
Veda vidyarthis in the pathashala.The examinations was conducted to test the oral citation, memorisation, swara and akshara pronunciations by the students.

Two batches compraising of junior and senir students.The senior batch was examined in Samhita 1st kandam
The junior batch was examined onthe Bramhana 1st aksharam in parts.
After the examinations the summer holidays was announced for the pathashala till june 1st 2014.

Purushasooktha abhishekam and Mgugashira Paduka puja in the month of March 2014

The purushasooktha abhisheka to Lord venkateswara swamy was performed on the Srvana star in the month of april 2014.Vidyarthis of the bharathi Thirtha veda pathashala chanted purushasooktha 13 times during the abhishekam to the Lord venkateswara swamy.

On the day of Mrugashira star in the month of April 2014, the vidyarthis of the pathashala performed the paduka pooja to His Holiness bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamigaru at the Rajareshwara swamy Devalayam. at Lingannapet.It was well attended event a d prasadam distribution after the Mangalaharathi.

Mahashivarathri Celebrations at Lingannpet -2014



The Mahashivarathi Celebrations for the year 2014 was conducted at Lingannapet HariHara kshetra.
The program sstatred started with Maharudra parayanam with 22 Ritviks who chanted Rudram 1063 over the peiod of five days.Finally it  concluded with Maharudra Yagam .



Devotees poured on the Mahashivarathi Day to obtain the blessings of Lord shiva .A Grand Panchamrutha abhishekam was performed on the Mahashivarathi day.Finally the AMangalahaarathi was offerd with distribution of Prasadams to the devotees who participated.

His Holiness Swami PariPoornananda scheduled to visit Lingannapet in December 2013

We take great pleasure to announce that Swami Paripoornananda of Sreepeetham is scheduled to visit Lingannapet on the 11th of December 2013 in order to commemorate the varshikothsava celebrations of the visit of the Jagadguru shri Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji during the month of December in the year 2012

Dakshinamnaya Sharadha peetham is the foremost with uninterrupted Gurushishya parampara.
The present pointiff of Sringeri Shardha peetam visited Lingannapet on the 19th 20th and 21st of December 2012.A year has gone by .To commemorate the varshikotsava in Lingannapet is being celebrated for the Jagadgurus visit last year.
 The varshikotsava program will be held on the 11th december 2013. His holiness swami paripoornananda will grace the occasion .

Paduka poja celebrations at Kamareddy

The Guru Paduka pooja celebrations was performed at kamareddy on the Mrigashira date in the month of May.a huge gathering particiapated towitness the program and recieve the blessings of His Holiness Shri Bharathi Thirtha Swamiji.







The program was performed in the evening in the ganapathy temple at kamareddy.
Here we see one of the organisers carrying the padukas to the sancum sanctoram for performing the pooja.


A large crowd had gathered to participate in the function.


The mahamangalaharathi was performed and prasadam distributed to the entire partipants who participated in the function.
