Report on Padapuja Program at kamareddy

On the occasion of the inaguration festival of Shri Lakshmi Ganapathy Devasthanams at kamareddy ,which was celebarated for four days.
 

Several Homas were conducted on this auspicious occasion.The Mrugahshira star fell on the forth day.To commemorate the occasion of the temple the Padapuja program to His Holiness jagadguru Shri Bharathi Thirtha Swamiji was performed with great pomp














There was rousing reception from the people present on the occasion .After the homas were conducted in the morning, the padukas was taken around the temple premises and surrounding compound amist vedic chantings.
The padapuja commenced with the observance of Guru Prarthana in the beginning.This was followed by Vedic chantings and the padapuja was perfomed with panchamritha abhishekam.

This was followed by the offering of Mahamangalaharathi.

To celebrate the occasion there was a music program organised from TTD(Tirupathi tirumala Devasthanams).

Finally the program concluded with Annadhanam to all the people who participated in the program.

Grand Pathasala Inaguration ceremony at Lingannapet

The much awaited opening ceremony of Shri Bharathi Thirtha Veda Pathasala was celebrated with great pomp and splendor on the Sravana Suddha Sapthami -0n the 16th August 2010.

On the eve of the opening ceremony on the 15th August 2010, the Vastu Rakshogna Homa was performed in the night till 12.30 am.

On the 16th morning the program started with prayers offered to Shri Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji.The guru paduka pravesha was performed and the padukas were taken from the Shri Rajarajeshwara Temple(Harihara Kshetra) to the Pathasala premises amist vedic chantings.

The punyahavachana sankalpa was performed by veda Bramhashri Phani shashank Sharma and the MahaGanapathi Homa was perfomed .The purnahuti was offered amid vedic chantings by the Pathashala pundits.

The 108 Ambulance sevice to the lingannapet village and sourroundings was commissioned today.The services were commissioned by the local MLA Shri Rama Rao-Lingannapet.

The CEO of 108 Ambulance service Mr.Venkat Changavalli was present on the occasion to donate and offer the services to the public to coincide with patha sala inaguration

The Go puja was performed by Smt and shri venkat Changavalli,CEO,108 Ambulance services.

The Guru Paduka pooja was perfomed admist vedic hymns and chantings by veda Bhamhashri Phani Shashank Sharma.

At the time of sumuhurtha the veda patha was commence to the students admitted into the pathasala.Shri Gattu Narahari Avadhani started the vedic initiation to the students.

The Mahamangalaharathi was offered with sevas from different sections .

Finally the Thirtha prasadam and Panchamritha was distributed among the participants who came in large numbers.

The Annadhana was performed immediatly after the completion of the pooja.

There was rousing reception and attendance of people who participated very eagarly in this grand function.









In the evening ,a sabha was held with participation and speeches from various sections of the people.The local MLA Mr.Rama Rao along with Mr.Purushottam MLA from Hyderabad,Shri Venkat Changavalli,CEO,108 Ambulance services,Shri.Sudhish Rambhatla,business Tycoon from Hyderabad. spoke on the occasion.











Plaques were offered to the Politicians as memento and they were honoured with Shawls
It was a great and grand occasion and acknowledgements were given to all the participants.
It is worthwile to mentions that Veda Bramhashri Gopi krishna Sharma and Veda Bhramashri Radha krishna Sharma have taken this great initiative in establishing this grand pathasala to give back to the society form what they have learnt in siddhipet patha sala, sringeri Pathasala which finally culminated in establishing an institution at thier Home village.

Grand Gala Opening of the Pathashala at Lingannapetta,Andhra Pradesh

With the blessings of Shri Jagadguru Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji , Sringeri sharadha Peetham and with the specific directions from His Holiness, the much awaited commencement of the PathaShala is scheduled to open from the Shravana Suddha Sapthami.The exact date of the opening will be announced soon.
Admissions have stated for students intending to join the pathasala.The Age limit is upto 10 years only for young boys to get trained theVedas and Shastras.
Admissions will be open till the 25th of June 2010.

shankara Jayanthi with centenary celebrations at Kalady

The Shankara Jayanthi Celebrations for this year 2010 would be celebrated at Kalady the birth place of Shri Shankara Bhagawatpada.

It is well known that around 12 centuries ago,Lord paramashwara took the form of Shri shankara bhagawatpada at kalady in kerala state for the purposes of protecting the Santhana vaidika Dharma which had to face tremendous onslaught from Buddhism and other non believers.At this juncture shri shankaracharya established the vedic vaidika Dharma and expounded the Advaitha Philosophy. He Accomplished his mission by establishing four amnaya Peethams in four corners of India and shed his mortal coil at Kedarnath after a very remarkable period of 32 years.However His birth place had remained unknown for several centuries till Shri shri Sacchidananda shivabhinava Bharathi Mahaswamiji,the 33rd pointiff of shri sringeri sharada peetham located the birth place of Shri shankara with great efforts.The Mahaswamiji constructed two beautiful temples for Sri Adi Shankaracharya and Goddess Sharada and performed the consecration and Kumbhabhishekham exactly 100 years ago on the 21 st February 1910.

Presently shri Shri Bharathi Thirtha mahaswamiji , the presiding acharya of Sri sringeri sharadha peetham will the perfoming the consecration and Kumbhabhishekam to the temples of Shri Adi shankaracharya and Goddess sharadha and Shakthi Ganapathy at kalady.

This is a very historic and auspicious occasion and everyone is invited to participate and serve the Guru and obtain his blessings and grace.

The shankara jayanti celebrations would commence on the 14th morning with Mahanyasa purvaka shatarudrabhishekam to the idol of Adi shankaracharya ,sahasranama archana , followed by parayana of the four vedas, Prasthanatrya bhashya Sri Madhaveeya shankara digvijayam,followed by maha mangalaharathi

This will be followed by recitation of vedas between 4pm to 5 pm.From 5pm onwards the vidwat sabha would be conduted in the august presence of His Holiness,upanyasas from scholars,mangalaharathi and prasadam distribution.

the program would be repeated till 17th evening.

On the 18th Shri jagadguru will perform special puja to the shrine of Adi shankaracharya.

The veda parayanas and Prasthanatrya bhasha along with sri Madhaveeya Shankara Digvijaya.

At 5pm the vidwat sabha will be conducted an Scholars would be honoured with distribution fo certificates to candidates qualifying successfully in the vedic examinations.

Finally the procession would be taken for shri Adi shankaracharya idol.



On the 19th the Laksha Modaka ganapathi Homa with poornahuti would be conducted in the august presence of His holiness.



On the 20th the Ati Rudra Parayana will begin and end on the 31st of May 2010.



On the 21st May the Kumbhabhishekham ceremonies will commence with Kumbhabihekham day falling on the 23rd,This will be performed by the jagadguru .



)n the 24th The shata chandi mahayaga mahasankalpa will begin .

On the 28th the poornahuti of shata chandimahayaga at 12 noon will be perfomed in the august presence of His Holiness.



On the 31st the poornahuti of Ati rudra Mahayaga at 12 noon will be observed in the presence of His Holiness.

Report on Padapuja Celebrations at Nacharam

The Ninth padapuja celebrations were observed at Nacharam (19/4/2010).
The program started at 6.30 am in the morning with prayers to Shri Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji.The Padukas were taken from the Lakshmi Narasimha swamy temple in a decorated car amid vedic chants and background nadaswaram.The padukas were taken around the streets of Nacharam .The reception was rousing and excellant among people.More than 500 people participated in the program and recieved the blessings.
At 10 am the paduka procession arrived at Sringeri Shankara Mutt at Nacharam.The paduka puja took place at the shankar Mutt ,Nacharam.
Shri Madhavananda Sarawathi swamji of Thoguta Mutt spoke on the occasion highlighting the importance of practising Dharma and how the Guru helps in everyone's life.
The mahamangalaharathi was observed soon with Thirtha prasadam was given among the partipating devotees.
The Annadana seva was observed and every one was given the mahaprasadam.

Kotikumkumarchana at ChunchanaKota-Warrangal District.

The Kotikumkumarchana program for shri Bhuvaneshwari Matha is being organised at ChunchanKota village at warrangal district.The event begins on 28th of april and ends on 2nd May 2010.Over 100 Rutviks from Sringeri Sharadha Peetham are going to perform this great archana.Devotees are requested to take part in this grand program and seek the blessings of Shri Bhuvaneswari Matha.

60th vardhanti of the Jagadguru Shri Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji

The 60th vardanti celebrations of the jagadguru shri Bharathi Thirtha swamiji started on the 17th March 2010.
12 pandits from Sringeri came and participated on this grandoccasion for performing the shatachandi Homa.
The program stated on the 17th at 7.30 am with Guru prathana, Mahaganapathy pooja , punyahavachanam and Mahasankalpam.Soon the Rutvik varam was conducted.
The Ekottaravriddi Nitya chandi parayanam commenced.The Mahamangalaharathi with Thirtha prasadam was offerd to all the devotees.
At 6.pm the navakshari jamam stated with chaturveda sevas.The Mahamangalaharathi was performed in the end.
On the 18th february 2010, the program stated with Nitya chandi parayanam with Mahamangalaharathi was offered.
At 6.pm the navakshari japam with chaturveda sevas was offered.The Mahamangalaharathi was performed in the end.
On the 19th February 2010, the program stated with Nitya chandi parayanam with Mahamangalaharathi was offered.
At 6.pm the navakshari japam with chaturveda sevas was offered.The Mahamangalaharathi was offered in the end.
On the 20th february 2010, the program stated with Nitya chandi parayanam with Mahamangalaharathi was offered.

On the 21st february 2010 whcih happened to be the Vardanthi Day,the program stated at
6.30 am with guru prathana along with Ayusha Homam , Navagraha Homam ,Rudra Homam and Mrutyunjaya homam.this was followed by Mrugashira Nakshatra Homam.
15 ritviks came and performed the above homas.the poornahuti was offered to all the above homas at the end,.
At 7.30 am the chandi yagnam started which went till 10.30 in the morning.
at 11.am the Guru paadukapooja program started.Shri Madugula Nagabhani Sharma spoke on the occasion for over 2 hours highlighlighting the importance of Guruji and linking with Goddess Saraswati.
At 1.pm the Mahamangalaharathi was offered and Annadana seva for offered to over 2000 perople who had gathered on this occasion the recieved the blessings.
At 5.pm the Guru paduka utsava wasconducted and the padukas was carred out in a decorated car throughout Lingannapet village.
At 8.pm The vardanthi sabha was conduted .Shri Bachampalli Santhosh Kumar,Kuppa sivasubramanya Avadhani ,principal of veda pathasala Tirupathi Tirumala devastanams ,spoke on the occasion.The chief guest of the occasion was chaired by the Administrator and CEO of 108 Ambulance service ,chavalli Venkat who spoke on the occasion.

Veda Sammelan at DharmaPuri-Andhra Pradesh

On the 28th and 29th January 2010, the grand Veda sammelan took place at Dharma Puri -karim Nagar District.The program commenced with morning prayers offered to shri Bharathi Thirtha Swamiji.

The lamp lighting ceremony was lit by padmashrishri Gowrishankar, Administrator and CEO of Sringeri sharadha peetham along with Dharma Seva Dhurina Shri Yagnasubramaniam,New Jersey,USA, and in presence of His Holiness Shri Sachidananda Bharathi.

The chaturveda parayana commenced by the Ritviks who had arrived in large numbers, in all shakas till late noon time.In the evening The ghana swasti program took place by all pandts still 8.00 pm in the night.The upanyasa program stated at 8.00pm by shri Madugula Manikya Somayajulugaru on veda vaishistya vichara.

On the 29 morning at 7.30 pm the guru prarthana program started .The chaturveda parayana program continued till 1.00 pm in the afternoon by all the pandits.From 4.00 pm onwards the sanmana was offered to all the pandits who had gathered and made the program very successfull, who in turn blessed the organisers.The total number of pandits who participated in the program was 371 numbers.

From Bharathi Thirtha Veda Pathashala the sanmana was given the the chief guests padmashri Gowri shankar,Adminstrator of shri math and Dharma Seva Dhurina shri Yagnasubramaniam , New Jersey, USA.
Students who chanted Bhagawad Gita were also honoured.

Report on Padapuja program at Nagulapaadu-Andhra pradesh

The padukas was taken around the town after the morning prayers.There was a large gathering of people who actively participated in the program.

There were bhajans and discourses on the Advaita philosophy and sanathana dharma by various pandits.The padukas was kept at Shri Rajarajeshwara temple where admist vedic chantings the padapuja was celebrated.people poured in to offer their prayers and saught blessings from jagadguru Shri Bharathi Thirtha swamiji.

After the program prasadam was distributed to the large section of people.

The eight padapooja program was celebrated at nagulapaadu -guntur district on the 23rd february 2010.

The Mahashivarathri Program started on the 9th of February and ended on the 13th Feb 2010.


35 vedic Pundits participated and c0nducted the occasion.It turned out to be a major program with extensive people participation.

On the 11th of February 2010,the program started at 6.30 am The guru prarthana was offered to shri Bharathi Thirtha Mahaswamiji followed by Ganapathi Homa and Punyahavachana.The Maharudra Sankalpa and Rutvik varanam was conducted followed by the Mahanyasa poorvaka Rudra Puracharana.The celebrations went on till 12.30 pm in the afternoon.the Mahamangalaharathi and Maha Mantrapushpam was celebrated soon .

On the 12th february 2010,the shivarathri program started. The early morning prayers to the Guru shri Bharathi Thirtha was offered The Mahanyasa Rudra purascharana started immediatly.

At 10.30 am the Samoohika Satyanarayana vratas began with Asthothara purushasookth Abhisheka to the Lordshiva Along with Laksha Thulasi Archana was offered.The Mahamangalarathi and prasadam was distributed to all the devotees.

At 6.00 pm,the Pradosha kalam began withmahanyasa Rudra Abhishekam which went on till 3.00am in the morning. Afterwards the Mahamangalaharathi and Thirtha prasadam was distributed to all the devotees.

On the 13th of february 2010,the Program started with guru Vandana at 7.am in the morning.The MahaRudra Yaga commenced and wnt on till 12 pm in the afternoon.The poornahuti was offered along wiht Rutvik sanmanam to all the pandits and purohits.Mahadashirvachanam was conducted along with Avabrutha snanam .The Mahamangalaharathi with thirtha prasadam was given to all the devotees.

Annadana seva was offered to all the participant on this day.for over 1500 people who had gathered on this grand occasion.

Report on Padapuja Program at Dharmapuri-Andhra Pradesh

The seventh Papapuja program took place at Dharma Puri ,KarimNagar district in the month of january 2010 coinciding with the Mrugashira nakshatra(27th jan 2010)

The program started with early morning prayers offered to jagadguru Shri Bharathi Thirtha swamiji,.after the prayers the padukas were taken to shri Lakshmi Narashima temple nearby and from there it was taken to the Brahmana sabha sammelana .

It was kept there from 7.30 am till 10.30 am .The padapuja was performed by Swamiji sri sachidananda .

A procession of the padukas was taken around the town in a decorated vehilce.after the pooja prasadam was distributed to the large gathering of over 1500 people who participated in the program.
